I’m Allee (she/her), an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. As a 4th-generation Los Angeleno on one side and a second-generation American on the other—rooted in my grandparents' Moroccan heritage—I have a deep connection to Los Angeles and the diverse cultures and stories that shape the people of this city.

I know what it’s like to feel lost under the weight of familial, cultural, self-imposed, and societal expectations. My goal is to create a space where you can cut through the noise and reconnect with what feels most authentic to you. We all carry memories and beliefs that shape our present, sometimes without realizing how much they hold us back. Together, we’ll process these experiences so they no longer dictate your path, helping you build self-love, confidence, and a sense of purpose.
